I give notice that Hazell Jefferies Mount Pleasant Farm, Coombe End, Pangbourne End, Whitchurch-on-Thames, RG8 7TB is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for the change of use of a small part of the application site to allow motor vehicles to park on land to the north of the primary working area at Rumbolds Pit, Eyres Lane, Ewelme, Wallingford,OX10 6HF.
