SECTION 66, TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
Articles 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
Proposed development at: 52 Daisy Hall Drive, Westhoughton, Bolton, Greater Manchester BL5 2SA. I give notice that an application is being made to Bolton Council by: Mr Karl Jones, for planning permission to:

Enclosure by 1.8m high close boarded fencing and Laurel Hedging of land and change of use to domestic garden.
Any owner *of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should do so in writing within 14 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to Bolton Planning Control, Development and Regeneration, 3rd Floor, Town hall, Bolton BL1 1RU
Definitions:
* "Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest in the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.
** "Tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
