THE BOLTON (DAISY HILL/ THE HOSKERS AREA, BOLTON)

(20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.) ORDER 2017

The Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads within the Daisy Hill/ The Hoskers Area, Bolton. These comprise residential roads in the area to the south of the Manchester/ Wigan rail line between Leigh Road and Wearish Lane and Hydrangea Close to the east of Leigh Road as specified in the draft Order.

(AS AMENDED) NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF

AREA OF OPEN SPACE

Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Bolton ("the Council") intends to dispose of its interest in land that includes an area of open space at the following location: Land at Blackrod Community Centre and on the South East Side of Half Acre Lane, Blackrod, Bolton A plan showing the area to be included in the disposal can be inspected during regular opening hours at the One Stop Shop, the Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU. Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Helen Gorman, Borough Solicitor, Bolton Council, Legal Services Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU, or by e-mail to legal.services@bolton.gov.uk bearing the reference LS/BE/072603 by no later than 16th May 2017.

All objections received will then be considered by the Council.
