WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL (NASH GROVE LANE, FINCHAMPSTEAD) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 20XX

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Wokingham Borough Council as Traffic Authority proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1 )(a) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit along the length of road specified in the schedule below.

Copies of the draft Order, Statement of Reasons and plan may be inspected at the Council offices between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. These documents are also available online at http://www.wokingham.gov.uk/tro

Any objections to the proposal, together with grounds on which they are made, should be sent, in writing, to the Traffic Management Team at the address below or to TM.Consultations@wokingham.gov.uk by no later than the 15th May 2017.
