HILL LANE TEMPORARY CLOSURE

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (HILL LANE, BLACKROD) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.50) ORDER 2017

The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 24 April 2017, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Hill Lane, from Black Horse St to 100m south of Ainse Rd. Alternative route will be via Church St, Ridgway, Vicarage Rd West. The Order is necessary due to resurfacing works which will last for approximately 10 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
