ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (NEWPORT STREET, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTONS) (NO.25) ORDER 2017

The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, the effect of which, being operative from 13 March 2017, will be to implement the following:
NO WAITING AT ANY TIME EXCEPT TAXIS: Newport Street, NE side from a point 20m west of Taylor St, for a distance of 65m in a south-easterly direction.
NO LOADING AT ANY TIME: Newport Street, NE side from a point 20m west of Taylor St, for a distance of 65m in a south-easterly direction.
The Order is necessary due to bridge installation works which will last for approximately 7 weeks and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
