(NURSERY GARDENS & PURLEY LANE, PURLEY ON THAMES) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017

West Berkshire District Council has made an Order in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction over the roads listed in the schedule. The exact dates for the closure, length of road and suggested diversion routes are included in the schedule.

The purpose of this Order is to enable renewal of gas mains and services. The proposed Order will come into effect on 23rd January 2017. The Order shall remain in force for a period of Eighteen months, or until the works are complete, whichever is the soonest.

The Order shall not take effect until signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 have been erected. The Order was made on 16th January 2017. Dated: 19th January 2017.
