North West Logistics Ltd give notice of application to Hyndburn Borough Council for hazardous substances consent for the storage and distribution at Unit 4, Shorten Brook Drive, Altham Business Park, Altham, Accrington, BB5 5YH, of the following classes of material; Part 1, P5c (flammable liquids), Part 1, P8 (Oxidising Solids and Liquids), Part 1, H2 (Acute Toxic), Part 1, E1 (Hazardous to the Aquatic Environment) and Part 1, E2 (Hazardous to the Aquatic Environment). The maximum capacity (cubic meters) of individual moveable containers are as follows; Part 1, P5c =<1. Part 1, P8 =<0.28. Part 1, H2 =<0.25. Part 1, E1 & E2 =<1.25. Each material is packaged in its original supply container and stored ready for distribution. The hazardous substances authority (from which relevant information can be obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to grant. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Unit 5, Shorten Brook Way, Altham Business Park, Altham, Accrington, BB5 5YJ during all reasonable hours until 11th January 2017.
