Proposed development at: 57-59 Stert Street, Abingdon I give notice that: Cockspur Property (General Partner) & Cockspur Property (Nominee No 1) Ltd Is applying to the: Vale of Wh ite Horse District Council

For planning permission and Conservation Area Consent for: Demolition of 55-59 Stert Street & Abbey Court and the erection of a new three storey building fronting Stert Street, comprising 9 flats, and erection of three storey terrace building fronting Old Station Yard comprising 4 dwelling houses and 1 maisonette

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representation about this application should write to the Council at Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon OX14 3JE by 9th April 2013

*"owner" means a person giving a freehold interest or leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver)

**"tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land
