Public Consulatation - Residential Development of Land Adjacent to Swinbrook Road, Carterton

David Wilson Homes Southern is preparing a planning application proposing the development of new homes to the north of Carterton. An application for detailed planning permission will be submitted this summer, 2013.

David Wilson Homes Southern is keen to receive feedback from the community regarding their housing proposals and welcome the opportunity to answer any questions that local residents may have. A public consultation event will be held at: Carterton Community Centre, Marigold Square, Shilton Park, Carterton, OX18 1AX On Thursday 23rd May 2013 from 1400 - 2100.

There will be an opportunity to view the proposed layout design and to discuss all elements of the proposals with representatives of David Wilson Homes Southern, and its professional Consultant team.
