NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has made the Borough of Blackburn with Darwen (1 Palmer Road, Blackburn) Compulsory Purchase Order 2022 under section 17 of the Housing Act 1985. It is about to submit this Order to the Secretary of State for confirmation, and if confirmed, the Order will authorise the Borough Council of Blackburn with Darwen to purchase compulsorily the land described below for the purpose of disposing of the land to a person who intends to provide housing accommodation to meet the need of the Borough's population. A copy of the Order and the accompanying map may be seen at all reasonable hours at the office of the Strategic Director of Place, Town Hall, Blackburn. BB1 7DY
