ASHBURNER STREET

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 ASHBURNER STREET AREA -TEMPORARY CLOSURES The Council intends to make an order, operative from 7 February 2022 for 2 weeks approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Ashburner Street, from Queen St to Howell Croft South, Howell Croft South & Back Spring Gardens for their entire lengths and Queen Street from Ashburner St to Barn St. The Order will also introduce a one-way restriction on Victoria Square South (permitted direction easterly) whilst suspending the one-way restriction on Barn Street. Alternate route will be via Coronation St, Great Moor St, Blackhorse St, Deansgate. The Order is for construction works and will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs. Bolton Council. 17 January 2022.
