CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 LAND AT NORTH WEST BICESTER, HOME FARM, LOWER FARM AND SGR2, CAVERSFIELD (21/01630/OUT) I give notice that Firethorn Developments Ltd have applied to Cherwell District Council on 6 May 2021 for planning permission for "Outline planning application for residential development (within Use Class C3), open space provision, access, drainage and all associated works and operations including but not limited to demolition, earthworks, and engineering operations, with the details of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved for later determination" at the above referenced site, and further information has been provided in relation to an environmental statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of:

* the further information provided in relation to the environmental statement

?and other documents submitted with the application at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX1S 4AA between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Please note however tot due to the restrictions imposed in response to COV1D-19, visits to Bodicote House to inspect the application documents should only be made when essential (i.e. the documents cannot be inspected by other means) and by prior appointment by railing Planning Reception on 01295 227006.
