NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -Withers Lane, High Legh
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic. Prohibition of traffic - Withers Lane. High Legh -From the junction with Warrington Road to outside Manor Farm No diversion route.
This order will come into operation on Thursday 9 December 2021 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Wednesday 15 December 2021. NOTICE OF MAKING (Tabley Hill Lane/A556 Chester Road, Tabley Superior) (Prohibition of Right Turn) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that on 11th November 2021 Cheshire East Borough Council made an Order under provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. The effect of the Order, which will come into operation on 19 November 2021, will be to prohibit vehicles travelling westbound on Tabley Hill Lane from turning right onto the A556 Chester Road.
2. A copy of the Order; a map showing the restricted areas; a statement of reasons for making the Order, a copy of this public notice and a copy of the public notice of the proposal to make the order are available to view at:

3. TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 257 - NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER - The Cheshire East Borough Council (Footpath No. 9 (Part) Parish of High ' Legh) Public Path Diversion Order 2021 On 11 November 2021, the Cheshire East Borough Council confirmed the above named Order. The effect of the above named Order, as confirmed, is to divert the following Public Rights of Way: That length of Public Footpath No. 9 in the Parish of High Legh commencing at SJ 6855 8280 and running in a generally northerly then north north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 155m to SJ 6855 8295 and then running in a generally northerly direction for approximately 89m to SJ 6856 8304 and its junction with Golborne Lane (UW2086) to a new line commencing at SJ 6855 8280 and running in a generally north north westerly direction for approximately 139m to SJ 6852 8294 and then running in a generally north north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 113m to SJ 6855 8305 and its junction with Golbome Lane (UW2086). Copies of the Order and the Plan may be obtained free of charge from the undersigned. The Order became operative on 11 November 2021, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks of 18th November 2021 as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Act.
