Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed development at: From land off Bolton Avenue Huncoat to land near Pewitt Hall Farm, Back Lane, Accrington. Take notice that application is being made by: United Utilities PLC. For planning permission to: Description of development: Proposed works for and use of replacement section of aqueduct, including earthworks and ancillary infrastructure including: a new valve house building within fenced compound with permanent vehicular access provision; installation of a tunnel shaft and an open cut connection area within a temporary construction compound, to include site access, storage areas, plant and machinery, drainage infrastructure and a temporary replacement football club car park. In addition, mine grouting works, with associated highway works, to facilitate main tunnelling works. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Hyndburn Borough Council. Local Planning Authority address: Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, BB5 0PF. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
