Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: 2020/22113/FUL. Proposal: Proposed application for the erection of 1 new agricultural livestock and storage building for Mr Darren Blacow. Location: Lowfields Farm Burton in Lonsdale LA6 3LB Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2021/22574/FUL. Proposal: Agricultural building for Mr Andrew Bailey. Location: Land Off the A687 West House Ingleton LA6 3PF Reason(s): Would affect the route of a public right of way.
Application No: 2021/22569/HH. Proposal: Erection of front porch. Erection of first floor extension above existing garage for Mr Dominic Ward. Location: 2 Holme Head Cottages Thornton in Lonsdale LA6 3ET Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2020/22125/FUL. Proposal: Proposed 3 bay stable and tack room for Mr & Mrs Smith. Location: High Gate Bam Windle Lane Cononley BD20 8JX Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Would affect the route of a public right of way.
Application No: 2021/22522/VAR. Proposal: Application to vary condition no. 2 (Approved Plans) on planning permission referenced 2019/21110/HH granted 20 December 2019 to increase extension and roof depth, raise first floor window cill, revise window materials for Mr Robert Rowntree. Location: Moor View Lane Ends Lane Cowling BD22 ONX Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2021/22638/VARLBC. Proposal: Application to vary condition no. 2 (Approved Plans) on listed building consent referenced 2019/21111/LBC granted 20 December 2019 to increase extension and roof depth, raise first floor window cill, revise window materials, for Mr Robert Rowntree. Application No: 2021/22560/HH. Proposal: Demolition of garage, construction of single storey extension, and other alterations for Mr & Mrs Gibbons. Location: 43 Otley Road Skipton BD231HQ Reason(s): Is a proposal for demolition of an unlisted building in a Conservation Area. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2021/22546/HH. Proposal: Small rear garden extension to replace existing conservatory together with 2 no single storey lean to roofs to front porch and side rear door for Mr and Mrs David Alexander. Location: 5 Garden Holme Ingleton LA6 3ES Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area,  Application No: 2021/22633/HH. Proposal: First floor extension and alterations for Mr Darren Barnes. Location: Greenfield Main Street Low Bradley BD20 9DG Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2021/22494/HH. Proposal: Garage extension for Mr & Mrs Bedford. Location: Raven Flatt Barn Bell Busk BD23 4DT Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Would affect the route of a public right of way.
