Location: The Manse Church Lane Broughton BD23 3AE Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building. Application No: 2020/22318/FUL. Proposal: Construction of one dwelling with associated landscaping and parking for Mrs C Boothman. Location: Land Located South of 10A Park Wood Close Skipton BD23 1QW Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Application No: 2020/22375/FUL. Proposal: Application for internal and external alterations (partially retrospective) for Mr John Sipling. Location: Hare and Hounds Inn Dale End Lothersdale BD20 8EL Reasonfs): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Application No: 2021/22392/VAR. Proposal: Application to vary condition no. 1 (approved plans) on planning application referenced 32/2015/15768 granted 23 December 2015 for Green End Properties. Location: Land to East of 7 Green Lane Glusbum Reason(s): Is a Major Development proposal.
