Proposed development of land adjacent to no 12 Markham Road, Blackburn BB2 2SX. Notice is given that an application is being made to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council by: Mr David Hughes. For the planning permission to include the former cinder track to the west side of no 12 Markham Road in the curtilage of the House. Any owner' of the land or tenant ** who wishes to make representations about this application, should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to: Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Planning Service, Town Hall, Blackburn, BB1 7DY. Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owner' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. Statement of agricultural tenants' rights. The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure. "Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
