Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD231FJ so as to arrive no later than 11th February 2021. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the Internet. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
