Application No: 2020/21964/FUL. Proposal: Installation of extract fan ducting from kitchen and variation to window design, previously approved (2017/18832/FUL) for The Railway Inn. Location: Railway Inn 10 Carieton Street Skipton BD23 2AJ Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2020/22146/HH. Proposal: Construction of single storey porch extension for Mr Phil Ackroyd. Location: Fold Farm Cottage Fold Lane Cowling BD22 OBQ Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Would affect the route of a public right of way.

All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
