Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2020/21995/HH. Proposal: Single storey rear extension to provide garden store / shelter for Mr & Mrs Jones. Location: Beck Side Lawkland LA2 8AT Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Proposal: Loft conversion to create living accommodation above the existing garage, insertion of a new window on gable and roof-lights. Internal changes to ground floor layout and alterations to existing chimney for Mr David Eccleston. Location: Church Close Barn Church Street Gargrave BD23 3NE Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2020/22019/MMA. Proposal: Application to vary condition no. 2 (Approved Plans) on planning permission referenced 2018/19788/FUL granted 20 December 2018 for Golding Group Northern. Location: Land Adjacent to Freegate House Nan Scar Cowling Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing.
