LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th August 2020 Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC applied to Hyndbum Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Morrisons Filling Station, Queen Street Garage, Queen Street, Great Harwood, Blackburn BB6 7AT. The proposed licensable activities are:-1. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Mondays to Sundays from 0000 to 2400 hours. 2. The provision of late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays from 2300 to 0500 hours. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Hyndbum Borough Council, Licensing Department, Scaitdiffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington BB5 0PF or by email to

no later than the 23rd September 2020 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Hyndburn Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address between 9 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
