Notice of Making of a Public Path Diversion Order, North Yorkshire County Council, Highways Act 1980, Section 119, Footpath No. 10.11/4 (Part), Lords Moor Farm, Bedale, Diversion Order 2020 The above Order, made on 14/08/20 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the public footpath described: Footpath No. 10.11/4 from GRSE 2829 8644 running generally east then north-east for approximately 166 metres to GRSE 2845 8646 will be diverted onto a new route commencing from GRSE 2829 8642, running generally east then north-north-east for approximately 187 metres to GRSE 2845 8646. The new route will be 2 metres wide throughout on a surface of grass. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Bedale Community Library, North End, Bedale, North Yorkshire until 25/09/20. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Mike Lee, Definitive Map Officer, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL7 8AD not later than 25/09/20. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
Notice of Confirmation of a Public Path Diversion & Definitive Map & Statement Modification Order, North Yorkshire County Council, Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257, Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 Section 53A(2), Public Footpath 10.78/1 (Part) Killerby & Public Footpath 10.84/1 (Part) Kirkby Fleetham, Killerby Quarry, Diversion Order 2020 On 14/08/20, North Yorkshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the following Public Footpaths: Footpath No. 140.78/1 [part) proceeding generally south-east for approximately 702 metres from GRSE 2620 9600 to GRSE 2668 9552 will be diverted onto a new line from GRSE 2620 9600, then proceeding in a south-west-south, west then southerly direction around the edge of the quarry site for approximately 978 metres to a gap at GRSE 2617 9537. Footpath 10.84/1 (part) proceeding generally south-south-east for approximately 358 metres from GRSE 2668 9552 to GRSE 2685 9521 will be diverted onto a new line from GRSE 2685 9521 then proceeding in a wesf-south-west, north, north-north-west then north east direction around the edge of the quarry site for approximately 1,303 metres to GRSE 2617 9537. Two new sections of Public Footpath will be created, Public Footpath No. 10.84/19 to link Public Footpath No. 10.84/1 to Low Street at GRSE 2601 9516 & Public Footpath No. 10.84/20 to link Public Footpath No. 10.84/1 to Low Street at GRSE 2616 9507. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Northallerton Library, 1 Thirsk Road, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 1PT until 09/10/20. . The Order comes into force on the date on which the Authority certifies, in accordance with Section 119(3)(b) of the 1980 Act, that work to the new section of path, described in part 2 of the Schedule, has been completed, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980 as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by Paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 28/08/20, make an application to the High Court.
