Notice of Confirmation of a Definitive Map Modification Order, North Yorkshire County Council, Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, The District of Hambleton (Outside The North York Moors National Park) Definitive Map & Statement, Public Footpath No. 10.41/21 East Cowton, Modification Order 2020 On 30/06/20, North Yorkshire County Council confirmed the above-named Order. The effect of the confirmed Order is to modify the definitive map & statement for the area by adding a Public Footpath between GR NZ 3070 0325 & GR NZ 3083 0320. A copy of the confirmed Order & map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Northallerton Library, North Yorkshire until 02/10/20, & copies may be purchased from Waste & Countryside Services, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD (tel: 01609 532512) at a cost of £2 or downloaded free from our website

. If any person aggrieved by the confirmed Order wishes to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the power of Section 53 of the above-named Act, or that any requirement of Schedule 15 of the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, within 42 days of the date of this Notice, make an application to the High Court under Schedule 15(12) to the Act.

Notice of the Making of a Definitive Map Modification Order, North Yorkshire County Council, Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, North York Moors National Park Definitive Map & Statement Public Bridleways No.s 10.56/054 Great & Little Broughton & 10.177/703 Bilsdale Midcable Modification Order 2020 The above Order, made on 31 /07/20, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map & statement for the area by upgrading the existing footpath & adding a new section of bridleway to provide a public bridleway between GR NZ 5490 0414 & GR NZ 5465 0336. A copy of the order as made & the Order Map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Stokesley Library, North Yorkshire until 02/10/20. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to "Ron Allan, Definitive Map Officer, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD", no later than 02/10/20, stating the grounds on which it is made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State or part of it if the Authority has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 may itself confirm the Order or that part of the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, in whole or in part, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
