Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Cononley Lane, Cononley, Order 2020, No. 219 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Cononley Lane, Cononley (subject to access to premises) between 22/08/20 & 08/11/20, due to works. This is envisaged to be undertaken on 22/08/20 – 23/08/20 between 23:59 & 08:30, 31/08/20 – 04/09/20 between 22:00 & 06:00, 19/09/20 – 20/09/20 between 23:00 & 08:00, 26/09/20 – 27/09/20 between 23:00 & 08:00, 07/11/20 – 08/11/20 between 23:30 & 16:30. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Various Locations in the District of Craven, Order 2020, No. 240 We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following locations in the District of Craven: A59 East Marton, A629 Skipton bypass, A6131 Keighley Road, Skipton, Scosthrop Lane, Airton, Ellers Road, Sutton in Craven, Draughton Heights, Draughton, Dumb Toms Lane, High Bentham, Ings Lane, Bradley, Road from Calton village to Winterburn village, Road from Conistone Cold to Bell Busk, Fleets Lane, Hetton to Bordley, Flasby village roads, Bentham Road, Ingleton, Road from Winterburn village to Hetton village (subject to access to premises) between 07/09/20 & 31/03/21, due to works. It is envisaged that the works will be undertaken at various times between 1 and 20 days in duration at each location within the above timescales The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District Of Craven, Amendment No 34, Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that on 14/08/20 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013” by introducing the restrictions specified in the table-

A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 24/08/20, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton at the Court House Reception during normal office hours from 20/08/20 to 25/09/20 and also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or https://www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 14/08/20 make application to the High Court for the purpose
