Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990. Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2020/21890/LBC. Proposal: Listed building consent for internal and external alterations for Mr & Mrs C Speakman. Location: Devonshire House 27 Duke Street Settle BD24 9DJ Reason(s): Proposes
works to a Listed Building.
Application No: 2020/21849/FUL. Proposal: Demolition
of existing extension and garage to allow construction of
detached dwelling for Mr & Mrs Craig & Maureen Davies. Location: 11 Black Abbey Lane Glusburn BD20 8RX Reason(s): Would affect the route of a public right of way. Application No: 2020/21869/FUL. Proposal: Change of
use of one dwelling into three dwellings for Mr Stuart
Cochrane. Location: 1 - 3 Ivy Terrace Crag Lane Low Bradley BD20 9DD Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance
of a Conservation Area.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 11th September 2020. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will
endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers
and email addresses from appearing on the comments
published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning
permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any
representations made will be sent to the Secretary of
State and there will be no further opportunity to comment
at the appeal stage.
