Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.


Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2020/21604/VAR. Proposal: Application to vary condition no. 5 on planning application reference number 72/2005/5806 granted 15 May 2006 to allow a change to the proposed windows from timber (Alterim 800) to aluminium (Colour Sage Green) for Mr S Crabtree. Location: Adjacent Wigglesworth Hall Jack Lane Wigglesworth BD23 4RL Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Application No: 2020/21681/MMA. Proposal: Minor material amendment application for variation to condition number 2 (Approved Plans) on application referenced 2019/21092/FUL granted 12 December 2019 to allow a variation in design for Mr David Moss. Repair and repoint the stone plinth. Install a metal, bunded fire resistant oil tank to conform to building regulations. Install directly on the repaired stone plinth. The oil tank, which was installed approximately 20 years ago by a previous owner of the property requires replacement to conform to building regulations. The applications are available to view and for comment online at https://publicaccess. cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ. Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 9th July 2020. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
