CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING (CONSOLIDATION)
(AMENDMENT NO 3) ORDER 2020 VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE BRADFORD EAST AREA
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 26th May 2020 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following restrictions:-
i. 'No Waiting At Any Time' on lengths of Kings Road, Plumpton Close, Tenterfields, Greaves Street, Stone Arches and Ripley Street
ii) Revocation of 'No Waiting At Any Time' on a length of Dryden Street
iii) Revocation of 'Disabled Persons Parking Place' on lengths of Lonsdale Street, Roydstone Road, Stone Hall Road and Acre Avenue
iv) 'Disabled Persons Parking Place' on a length of Wensleydale Road
v) Revocation of 'No Stopping on School entrance markings Mon-Fri 8am-4pm 01 Sep-31 Jul' and 'No waiting Mon-Fri 8am-4pm on lengths of Cavendish Road and Hall Road
vi) 'No Stopping on School entrance markings Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm 01 Sep-31 Jul' and 'No waiting Mon-Fri 7.30am-4pm on lengths of Cavendish Road and Hall Road
vii) 'Limited Waiting parking Mon-Fri 8am-6pm 30 minutes max stay no return within 1 hour' on a length ofAdelaide Street
viii) 'No waiting Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm' on lengths ofAdelaide Street and Clifford Street
ix) 'No Stopping on School entrance marking Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm' on a length of Greaves Street
x) Extend eligibility for existing permit parking on a length of Moravian Place.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 26th May 2020, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
