BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN (HARRISON STREET, BLACKBURN) (RESIDENTS' PARKING SCHEME AND DISC PARKING) ORDER 2020 NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with â–¡arwen Borough Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the effect of which will be to regulate the waiting and parking of vehicles as described in the Schedules.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with â–¡arwen Borough Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the effect of which will be to regulate the waiting and parking of vehicles as described in the Schedules.
Due to the movement restrictions as a result of Corona-covid-19, copies of the Order and relevant plans and supporting documents, which will come into force on 24 April 2020, may be provided by email on request, by emailing: traffic@blackburn.
. Any queries concerning the Order should be made by telephoning the Traffic section on 01254-585100.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any provision therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the said Act (as amended), or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 23 April 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
