ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (TOTTINGTON RD/BURY RD & SIDE ROADS, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE & 10MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding as follows:-

Bury Rd, Tottington - Rolling closures to side road junctions along Bury Rd from & including Scobell St to & including the junction of Sycamore Rd Temporary lOmph Speed Limit

Tottington Rd/Bury Rd, Bury - between Lomond Dr & Scobell St & between Scobell St & Sycamore Rd

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. The Order comes into operation on 23/03/20 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 4 weeks, to be implemented as & when required by the works. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (WINDSOR ROAD, PRESTWICH) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

Windsor Avenue, Prestwich - Temp Rd Closure.

The closure is in place to enable maintenance work to the substation

Diversion route is via Downham Crescent, Eastleigh Road, Sheepfoot Lane, and

Meade Hill Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order comes into operation on 29/03/20 -and remains in force for up to 3 months (anticipated duration of works -1 day) Dated 19 March 2020
