Robert SCHOFIELD Doris and all the family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy and donations received during their time of sorrow. Also, special thanks to the staff of Derwent Hall Day Centre, the carers of Nightingale's and First Call, nurses and staff of Queens Lodge and the Dr's, nurses and staff of the Royal Blackburn Hospital for all their care and attention. Finally, grateful thanks to Canon M. Taylor for his kind words and ministrations.
