Albert SMITH Kathleen and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, floral tributes and donations received in Albert’s memory to the North West Ambulance Service. Thanks to the paramedic crew who attended to Albert and to the police during this especially difficult time. Many thanks also to Rev. Sandra Purvis and to the members of St Bartholomew’s Church for the their support. Finally, thank you to the staff at E and T Birtwistle and Sons (Funeral Services) for their professional advice and care of Albert.
