Sally and Jack HOYLE The family of the late Sally and Jack wish to express their sincere thanks to family, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence and donations to the East Lancashire Hospice. Special thanks to Doctor Gebbie and all the staff at the surgeries. Grateful thanks to Aileen and the team of Macmillan nurses and staff at the Hospice, Royal Blackburn Hospital ward D1, Burnley General Hospital ward 24, The Rev Christine Jones for her kind ministrations, Mrs C Berry for her kindness and visits to Sally and Jack and to all who took part in their care with exceptional thanks to Tony. Thank you to Valerie and all personnel for the excellent service provided by Scales Funeral Service.
