DAVID FRANK DEWHURST The family of the late David Dewhurst would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy and donations received during their time of sorrow. Special thanks to all the staff on ward C14 at Royal Blackburn Hospital and East Lancs Hospice for their care and support, to Pastor Matthew Clay, Mr S Roberts and Mrs H Dakin for their kind words and ministrations and to The Alty Funeral Service for their dignified arrangements.
