JACQUELINE NEWSHOLME David and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations received for The British Heart Foundation. Special thanks to Dr Gupta and staff at Springfield Surgery for all their support also to the doctors and nurses at Royal Blackburn Hospital and Blackpool Victoria Hospital, especially on CCU. Thanks to you all. Appreciation to Rev Canon Fleur Green for her lovely reading for Jacqueline, to Gregg and Tricia at Ainsworth's. Funeral Service for their help and guidance at this sad time. We are in sad times at present, but there are a lot of lovely people around us, thank you all so much. God Bless you all and take care. David and family.
