HAZEL SMITH Died 5,12,2019 Jim and the family would like to sincerely thank everyone who visited, 'phoned, sent cards and letters regarding their recent sad loss. Fortunately we had the time to talk with Hazel and she died knowing her requests would be accomplished. She was a quiet, well organised person who didn't like 'fuss or idle chit-chat' but was very happy with the lifestyle she had helped to create. Genuine thanks to nurses, paramedics, ambulance staff and police. Particularly Hazels Darwen doctor (Dr Ninan) along with Dr Meaden at Royal Blackburn who gave us the bad news in a most understanding manner. Finally a special thanks to Mr G Dabrowski and staff at Edwin Ainsworth Ltd; who guided us through the process offering an excellent service from start to finish
