KEVIN SMITH Gillian, Paul and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of sympathy, floral tributes and donations received at this sad time. Special thanks to the paramedics, staff of the Intensive Care Unit and Ward C3 at Royal Blackburn Hospital for all their care shown to Kevin. Appreciation to Ken Howles for his kind words, to Jackie and Kevin for their support over the past few weeks, to Ainsworth's Funeral Service for their arrangements and to everyone who came to Kevin's funeral.
