DAVID EDWARD COLLINGE David's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind words of comfort and support given at this difficult time. Grateful thanks for the generous donations received which will benefit St. Catherine's Hospice. Special thanks to all who attended the funeral service, to Colette Saunders for her thoughtful ministrations, to the Ribchester Arms for their warm hospitality and finally to William Houghton Funeral Directors for their caring and professional arrangements.
