Ellen Doreen LLOYD On Wednesday, April 30, 2008, peacefully in The Manor House Residential Home, Chatburn, surrounded by her loving family and of Beardwood Blackburn, Doreen aged 81 years. The dearly loved wife of Serle, much loved mum of Ian and Glynis, loved mum-in-law of Anne and Peter, treasured grandma of Scott, Jonathan, Alex, Robert and Kimberly, great-grandma of Molly and Eve, loving sister of Kathleen and the late Alan and Urban also a dear sister-in-law, aunt and great-aunt. "Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends". A service will take place at Wilpshire Methodist Church Blackburn on Thursday, May 8 at 10.30 a.m. prior to cremation at Pleasington. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired may be made in memory of Doreen to The Wilpshire Methodist Church c/o Alty Funeral Service.
