Jack GREEN On Thursday, November 8, 2007, suddenly in Royal Blackburn Hospital, Jack aged 70 years. Beloved husband of the late Lily, dearest dad of Linda and David, much loved grandad of Shelly, Anthony, Davey, Matthew, Michael, Joe and Anna. Funeral service will take place on Friday, November 16, 2007, at Pleasington Crematorium Chapel at 1.00 p.m. prior to committal in Pleasington Cemetery.
