Eleanor Mary DUXBURY Peacefully on October 14, 2007, at Hollymount Nursing Home, Blackburn and formerly of Princess Gardens, Feniscowles, Fortified by the Rites of the Holy Mother Church, Eleanor aged 98 years. The dearly loved wife of the late David, a dearly beloved mother of Joan, Stella, Margaret, Maureen, and David, a dear mother-in-law of Richard, Patrick, Bernard, Denis and Nancy, a devoted and loving grandma to her 22 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Pleasington Priory on Monday, October 22, 2007, at 2.30 p.m. prior to cremation at Pleasington. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton.
