Brenda Carole HUNT (nee Dixon) Peacefully on October 16, 2007, after a short illness and surrounded by her loving family and of Bagganley Lane, Chorley, Brenda aged 63 years. The dearly loved wife and best friend of Ian, a much loved mother of Andrew, Michael and Jackie, also 'mum' of Olly and Jackie, a devoted and loving grandma of Elliott, Oliver, Emma and Joe, and also a dear aunt of Chris. Brenda was a dear friend to many and will be sadly missed by both her family and friends. A service and cremation will take place at Pleasington on Friday, October 19, 2007, at 2.00 p.m. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if desired donations maybe made in memory of Brenda to Darwen Cricket Club, c/o The Alty Funeral Service.
