Alban Thomas KIMBERLEY On Friday, October 12, peacefully in hospital, Alban aged 74 years of Great Harwood. The loving husband of the late Ethel, father of Lynn and Julie, father-in-law of Tony and Jerry, grandfather of Gemma and Rachael and their partners Nicholas and Stephen, cherished great-grandfather of Aidan and Ella, brother of Marie, the late Bernard, Vincent, Douglas, Keith, Geoff, Roy and the late Derek, brother-in-law of Ray, Jean, Brenda, Val, Pat, Pam, Olive and the late Vera, uncle and great-uncle and a good friend to many. Alban will be sadly missed. The funeral service will take place at St. Wulstans Church, Great Harwood, at 10.00 a.m. on Monday, October 22, followed by committal at Accrington Crematorium at 11.00 a.m. Immediate family flowers only please, but donations to Blackburn and District Stroke Club in memory of Alban.
