Karen Frances JOHNSON Peacefully, on March 24, 2007, at the East Lancs Hospice, Blackburn and of Leaver Court, Yew Tree Gardens, Blackburn, formerly of Glendale Drive, Mellor, Fortified by the Rites of the Holy Mother Church, Karen Johnson, aged 52 years. The much loved mother of Ian and a dearly loved daughter of Dorothy and the late Thomas Smith. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St. Marys Church, Osbaldeston, on Thursday, March 29, 2007, at 2.30 p.m. prior to cremation at Pleasington. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if desired donations may be made in memory of Karen to the East Lancs Hospice, Park Lee Road, Blackburn, BB2 3NY.
