JEAN FAIRHURST (nee Lancaster) Peacefully on Thursday, January 5, 2012, at Old Gates Nursing Home, Blackburn, Jean aged 75 years. The beloved wife of Eric, mother of Howard, mother in law of Jane, grandma of Alasdair and Kirsty, cherished sister of Helen, sister in law of Stanley, Ian and Carole and also a much loved aunt of Susan and Chris and Denise, Julia and Anna-Marie. A service and cremation will be held at Pleasington Cremato-rium on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at 12:00 noon Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only or, if desired, donations may be made in memory of Jean to Parkinsons Disease Society c/o Alty's funeral service. Enquiries.
