LESLIE JOHN KOZLOWSKI Peacefully, in hospital, on Saturday, July 2, 2011, surrounded by his most loving family, Leslie, aged 85 years. Loving husband of Jenny, loving father of Janet, father in law of David, loving grandad of Rachael and Vickie, great pop to Luke, Dolcie and Owen. Will be greatly missed. At Peace. The funeral will take place on Friday, July 8 at Pleasington Crema-torium at 2.00 pm.
