Kathleen BUTTERWORTH GOODYEAR On Saturday, March 28, 2009, peacefully in Royal Blackburn Hospital after a short illness, Kathleen aged 88 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Lee Goodyear, loving sister of Josephine, also much loved and sadly missed by Nick, Anna, Jeff and Jude. Funeral service and cremation will take place at Pleasington Crema-torium on Friday, April 3, 2009, at 2.30 p.m. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to Derian House Children's Hospice c/o Scales Funeral Service, 134 Darwen Street, Black-burn, BB2 2AJ.
