Carol Ann JOHNSON Peacefully on March 26, 2009, after a long illness bravely fought at Mapleford Nursing Home, Huncoat, Carol aged 61 years. The dearly loved mother of Shaun, a dear mother-in-law of Sharon, a loving granny of Jordan and Melissa, a much loved daughter of the late John and Barbara Lord and also a dear sister of Jack, Barbara and the late Jean. A service will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Thursday, April 2, 2009, at 2.00 p.m. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton, where flowers will be received or if desired donations may be made in memory of Carol to the Alzheimers Society NW Region, The Lodge, Tannery Court, Tannery Lane, Warrington WA2 7NR.
