Phillip (Phil) CARTER On March 26, 2009, suddenly at his home in Accrington, Phil aged 64 years. The dearly loved husband of Margaret, much loved step-father of Andrew and daughter-in-law Shelley, loving grandad of Drew and Ryan also dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and nephew. Phil will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. The service and cremation will be held at Accrington Cremato-rium on Monday, April 6, at 1.40 p.m. Family flowers only please donations if desired in memory of Phil to R.N.L.I c/o L.
