NEWELL Joseph On Wednesday, July 20, 2022, peacefully in Royal Blackburn Hospital after an illness bravely fought, Joseph, aged 86 years, of Higher Croft, Blackburn. The dearly loved husband of the late Joan, loved dad of Stephen, Tony and Mavis, treasured grandad to Nichola, Samantha, Emma, Elsa, Joe, George and Faye, cherished great grandad to Arthur and a much loved brother.
